Lazy People, Rejoice!

So, it turns out that we don’t actually have to make our bed. There’s absolutely no reason to, other than the fact that it looks presentable and up kept.

In fact, it may be actually better to leave your bed unmade and in its messy glory. That’s because of dust mites. Yep. Gross microscopic bugs. The thing is, these creatures thrive in a warm, moist environment. You know, like the one in your bed, under the covers. Simply leaving the bed unmade during the day can remove moisture from the sheets and mattress so these little microscopic bugs will die out.

Good news is, those with an Eyri Iceland mattress don’t have to worry about microscopic bugs, because they’re made to be resistant to dust mites! So make your bed or don’t make your bed – either way, you’re safe against those tiny critters. So, the next time you invite someone over to spend the night, and they comment on your messy bed, you can spit these facts at them to make them seem like the gross one. You're welcome.

Rest easy!
